WHAT MAKES PORTOBELLO ROAD TRAVELS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER STORES?
Portobello Road Travels is the result of my passion for travel and antiques. After working as a flight attendant for a major airline for 35 years, I have had the privilege to travel around the globe.

Every time I land, my top priority is to find the nearest antique shop, art gallery, flea market, boot sale, or brocante. I am always on the lookout for my next rare find. I have developed an eye for unique pieces and do everything it takes to bring my purchases back to Indianapolis, whether I have to transport antiques in a carry-on bag or store larger items in a first-class closet.
I love discovering talented local artisans and creators from around the world. I have met people who are passionate about the things they create and who support causes they care about through their businesses. I am proud to develop relationships with them and display their items in my store.
Being able to travel all over the world puts me in a unique position to acquire items you will not find anywhere else. Portobello Road Travels is my way of sharing my love of traveling with everyone by offering one-of-a-kind items.
